ABOUT US

BrewKeg&Tap is a business in the eCommerce industry that sells goods to assist the craft beer fraternity with simple solutions to having the best beer available either on the go or at home on tap.

We will plan on providing the best items to brew your beer, keg it (because thats the best way to preserve it) and then tap it into a crystal clear glass to enjoy!!

SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFO

DELIVERY POLICY

All stock is subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 48 hours and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail.

BrewKeg&Tap will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. Please be informed that any goods lost or damaged in transit are at your liability.

The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

REFUND POLICY

You can only exchange new, unused items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

The provision of goods by BrewKeg&Tap is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BrewKeg&Tap will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Refunds are subject to exclusion of specials, gift cards and discounts.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. BrewKeg&Tap shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the stock as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, BrewKeg&Tap shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times.

  1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

    BrewKeg&Tap is a business in the eCommenrce industry that suppliers brewing products and services.

  2. Delivery policy

    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email on order number or invoice number.

  3. Export restriction: The offering on this website is available to South African clients only. Should you wish to purchase from outside South Africa then please contact us directly.

  4. Return and Refunds policy

    The provision of goods and services by BrewKeg&Tap is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BrewKeg&Tap will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

  5. Customer Privacy policy

    BrewKeg&Tap shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   6. Payment options accepted

    Payment may be made via EFT, Snapscan as well as Visa and MasterCard.

  7. Card acquiring and security

    Card transactions will be acquired for BrewKeg&Tap via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  8. Customer details separate from card details

    Customer details will be stored by BrewKeg&Tap separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

  9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

  10. Responsibility

    BrewKeg&Tap takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

  11. Country of domicile

    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and BrewKeg&Tap chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

  12. Variation

    BrewKeg&Tap may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

    This website is run by Dacar Trading (Pty) Ltd and is based in South Africa trading as Brewkeg&Tap and with registration number 2017/420303/07.

WARRANTIES & INDEMNITIES

1.1 No warranties, guarantees or representations, express or implied whether by law, contract or otherwise, which are not set forth in this agreement, shall be binding on the supplier. The goods are purchased "voetstoots". The supplier shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in any drawing, specifications or other information supplied by the customer.

1.2 The supplier shall under no circumstances be liable for any special, consequential or indirect damages or losses.

1.3 The supplier shall under no circumstances (except if gross negligence is proven) become liable to the customer for any direct damages or losses sustained by the customer, which are alleged to have been sustained by the customer as a result of but not limited to:

1.3.1 Any failure in the manufacture or delivery of the goods;

1.3.2 Defective or incorrect materials, workmanship, design or specification.

1.4 Without prejudice to the provisions of 1.3, the supplier's liability on account of defective materials and workmanship shall be limited exclusively to the repair or replacement thereof at the supplier's sole discretion, but the supplier shall nevertheless be excused from all liability unless it has been notified of such defect in writing within one months after the date of the delivery of the goods, whether the defects be patent or latent.

1.5 In the event that the customer provides any specifications or designs to the supplier and requests the goods to be manufactured according to such designs or specifications, then the customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the supplier against all claims and expenses of whatsoever nature and description arising from the alleged or actual infringement of any Letters Patent, Trade Marks, Designs or Copyrights occasioned by the supplier's performance.

1.6 The customer shall keep confidential and shall not use for any purpose all drawings and designs supplied by the supplier, and the customer hereby indemnifies the supplier against any loss suffered by the supplier as a result of the breach of this clause.

1.7 All products sold to be used or consumed by the customer are provided at their own risk, any goods resold by the customer are done so at their own risk and the customer cannot hold Dacar Trading (Pty) Ltd liable for any further or consequential loss on further distribution of products sold.

1.8 By purchasing these items I/we hereby agree that installation and use it at my/our on risk.
