Used to help clear out beer in fermented wort. Add the sachet in 150ml of warm water and gently pour over wort once fermentation is completed.
Allow 24 hours to pass before bottling/kegging.
Also helps to cold crash for 24 hours after adding beer finning to aid in the yeast falling out of suspension.
