When you pour a beer and you have bubbles on the side of the glass it’s a dirty glass!!
Send it back and ask them to wash the glass.
Don’t wash your glasses the wrong way. The correct way is with soap and a glass washer and then drip dry thereafter. Don’t use a drying cloth and the tiny fabric particles will be left behind to ruin you next beer.
